Artu Angel Hair in white chocolate: pistachio cream and Turkish cotton candy under a white chocolate shell.

• White chocolate filled with pistachio cream, as stated on the pack
• Turkish cotton candy (pismaniye, or floss halva) hidden inside
• Antep pistachio cream from one of Turkey's best known growing regions
• Airy, melt-in-your-mouth strands against the dense pistachio filling
• A multi-layered bar rather than a single flat slab of chocolate

The cotton candy is the surprise here and it is what separates this from every pistachio bar on the shelf. Order it and break a piece off before you decide what you think.
